SafeBear is an independent French company created in 2022, made up of an intergenerational team combining ambition and wisdom, uniting recognized mentors who are experts in their sectors and creative, energetic young generations committed to shaping a better world.
The SafeBear team and ambition
Among the SafeBear project leaders are seasoned video game players who grew up at the heart of a community of enthusiasts. It's notably the excesses of this sector that pushed our teams to act to end the scourge that infects a fascinating universe that is the origin of many happy and exhilarating emotions.
It's following meetings between tech professionals wanting to take on the technological challenge and bringing innovative ideas that SafeBear could come to life. The company is irrevocably turned toward innovation, which is why most human and financial investments are dedicated to research and development.
Our reason for being
Digital technologies have broken down borders and enabled a bringing together of individuals through interaction platforms. This formidable technical and social leap has unfortunately had its share of dark spots.
Protected by their screens and anonymity of certain platforms, malicious individuals have found in digital spaces a new playground to harm others without consequences. Online violence, cyberstalking, harassment, and cyberbullying became current phenomenon.
This alarming reality has led us to conceive and develop SafeBear, an innovative protection and prevention solution. Our mission is clear: provide the victims of cyberbullying a tool to defend them against the cycle of online violence.
