Legal point: : Cyberbullying is the act of making statements or having repeated online behaviors aimed at or resulting in a degradation of a victim's living conditions. It is the frequency of the statements and their insulting, obscene or threatening content that constitutes harassment.

If you are a victim of cyberbullying, the SafeBear service allows you to create an evidence folder in one click that can be used when filing a complaint.

Thanks to your encrypted digital safe, this data is tamper-proof, timestamped and certified.

In the context of a complaint filed at the police station, gendarmerie or with the Public Prosecutor, the "defend myself" option allows you to directly transfer to an identified police or gendarmerie officer the online evidence collected by Safebear, constituting the offense(s) of which you are a victim.

Concerned about your child's online activity?

To access a summary of your child's social media account activity, no need to subscribe! Simply register, add a person to protect, and take out a subscription from your child's account. For effective protection, their account must be linked to their social networks and thus to their identity. You will receive a weekly report indicating if your child receives problematic messages. SafeBear makes a point of protecting children's privacy and free will. You will only be able to access message content with their authorization.
